![]() I usually land on Polaris, jump to Korath space, disable Dredgers and Raiders, and plunder them for Jump Drives or even capture them if I have enough crew and their crew count is low. After installing Jump Drives on enough of your fleet to where you can confidently say you're able to fend off Korath Raiders, Dredgers, and World Ships, you can make your way to actual Korath Space. In order to get your hands on a lot of Jump Drives without much effort and without angering the Pug, I like going into Remnant space and waiting for Korath Raiders to come jump in, which you can then disable and plunder for Jump Drives. You must next obtain a Jump Drive, which is supposed to be provided to you during the Free World Campaign, but I prefer to have Jump Drives on not only my flagship, but my combat ships as well. First you need to complete the Free World Campaign, then you need to make contact with the Hai and Unfettered Hai. Capturing the Korath World Ship requires many things. Capturing the World Ship allows you to more easily capture the Quarg Wardragon (the Dredger can cap it too but it's more difficult and greater luck is required), which was also previously almost entirely unobtainable without editing saves. Prior to 9.13, the Korath World Ship was almost entirely un-capturable because the Bactrian's maximum crew was just barely enough to capture a World Ship with minimum crew with perfect luck. The Korath World Ship has the highest base bunk count in the game, with its required crew surpassing the number of bunks of a fully min-maxed Dredger.
